These terms apply to consumer purchases through our store. Read them with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but goods must match their description. Accessories shown in photographs are included only where the product description says so.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you submit your order.

Orders and payment
Use accurate contact and delivery details and a payment method you are authorised to use. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not itself accept your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance.

If a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error is identified before acceptance, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund it.

Delivery and returns
Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy and the information supplied before purchase. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.

Cancellation, return and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Rainfame remains responsible for its obligations to you regardless of any reimbursement or agreement with a supplier.

Customer returns are accepted at Rainfame Technologies Ltd, 303 Luton Road, Chatham, ME4 5BL, United Kingdom. Please email hello@rainfame.store for return instructions. Prior approval is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights, and you may return cancelled goods without waiting for our reply. Our registered office is not a customer-return address.

Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation. Keep any account credentials confidential.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and disputes
The terms applying when your order is accepted govern that order, unless the law requires a change or you agree otherwise.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain mandatory local protections and any right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
